Must I buy the face fabric from Clark & English?
No.Our make up charges are independent of fabric sales.
Can I change my mind about the fabric or design after ordering?
We are happy to work with you to ensure you are delighted with the finished work. If you have second thoughts about the fabric or design get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we are not yet committed to suppliers, we can change the scheme. Sometimes we can accommodate changes after supplies have been ordered but this may attract a charge.
Must I pay all in one go?
No. On window dressings we take a deposit on ordering of the greater of 50% or the cost of the face fabric. You pay the balance upon completion. Wallpapers poles and other products are paid for on ordering.
When will my curtains be ready?
We give you a completion estimate at the time you place your order. Much will depend on your design, the size of your job, the face fabric you select and other components such as poles or tracks. Most products are ordered in for your job and whilst we do our best to secure delivery dates from our suppliers sometimes stock and delivery problems may occur which are out of our control. If there are unexpected delays, we will of course keep you informed.
Who will put my curtains up?
The choice is yours. You can collect your finished work from ou workshops, we can deliver to you or we can arrange fitting and dressing. Alternatively we can introduce you to fitters who can work directly with you.
