Whether you need to dress one window, or decorate an entire house we are happy to help. Step 1. Call us or pop in to the showroom for an initial discussion about wallpapers, fabrics and designs. We can arrange a consulatation at your home to suit you. We are often able to visit during evenings or weekends to fit around your other commitments. Step 2. We will visit you at home to measure, firm up your design aims and consider options that will complement your chosen design and, if necessary, existing decor. We will also check and discuss fitting options using your existing poles/tracks or advising on replacements and their fitting.

Step 3. You place your order. We book in your work with our Newark workshops. You are welcome to drop into our workshops to see your work being made up on our benches at any time. Step 4. We supply or, if you prefer, we arrange fitting. Alternatively just pop in to collect when your work is ready. What about payment? After an initial deposit, you do not pay the balance until the work is collected, supplied or fitted. We accept cash, cheque with guarantee or debit/credit card. What if I change my mind about the scheme ? We are happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with the choice of styles, designs and fabrics and wallpapers chosen. If you do change your mind we can usually accommodate this into any new scheme as long as third party orders have not yet been placed. Unfortunately we are unable to alter the scheme without charge once fabrics or wallpapers have been ordered from suppliers
